Onnea dragon

Edit 3/15/10: I went back and recolored it.

Onnea is a Reptoid from the country Jederrea on a planet called Zetanoble. He likes visiting Earth and will help the human if there are rewards. He ends up doing a lot of bounty hunting. He is one of the fastest known Reptoid because he stops time to make himself faster. He is green scaled and that has horns that curve upward. On his horns he has two orangey, metal, rings, that helps to make him untraceable by any device. He likes to use tech and magic together. In his wyvern form he can spit fire. He is only 70 years old.
Onnea means "Good luck" in Finnish.

This picture only shows his wyvern form. I will post his more humanoid form later and his pet.
