Description

Pilosa Aliger is a nocturnal, frugivore mammal that lives in trees. They hardly ever walk on the ground and travel by flying to tree to tree. The bright greenish yellow fur glows-in-the-dark fur serves to startle predators by making them look like unnatural moving skeletons in the dark night. Both males and females have antlers to protect themselves and their young. The young look like a small version of the adult but without the antlers. They usually cling to their mother’s underbelly for about two months. They usually travel in flocks.
They use their small trunks for grabbing fruit while their paws and tail are wrapped around the tree branch. The only time they attack people are when people get to close to them. Many farmers have trouble with these creatures stealing their fruit at night and try to find different ways to get rid of them. Some people have caught the young Pilosa Aliger to raise them up as pets because at the adult state they are too scared of people that they will attack or flee.
