Time Traveling Dragon

This is Norn an ice dragon and a techie, I will be putting up his human form at some point. The glass over his eye is a small computer that lets him time travel and hop through dimensions. He can use this device by just thinking. He is only in his teens in dragon years but he has a high I.Q. He works for a group that is called The Dimensional Time Guardians. His parents were taken away by evil people who wanted to destroy the time device because they did not want anyone else but their family to have those ability. Main villians he goes against is the Koffmans, Seth, and the Rusalka and Lokya group. So he has to protect time while also looking to find his parents again.
Inked and then colored in photoshop. The background is a portal for time travel and dimension hopping.
