This is Norn an ice dragon and a techie, I will be putting up his human form at some point. The glass over his eye is a small computer that lets him time travel and hop through dimensions. He is only in his teens in dragon years but he has a high I.Q. He works for a group that is called The Dimensional Time Guardians. His parents were taken away by evil people who wanted to destroy the computer device because they did not want anyone else but their family to have that ability. Main villians he goes against is the Koffmans, Seth, and the Rusalka and Lokya group.
